So, if you’ve just started making your holiday plans, don’t forget to pencil in a visit to this wonderful walking tour wonderland.

Gardens Aglow at the Dothan Area Botanical Gardens is an annual event. It turns the gardens into a festive winter wonderland, complete with lights and decorations. Attendees can explore the cool sights on a nightly half-mile walking tour.
This year, be sure to bring your flashlights to search for hidden objects in the trees along the trail!

Gardens Aglow 2021 at the Dothan Area Botanical Gardens takes place on Nov. 26 and 27, as well as Dec. 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, and 18 from 5 to 7 p.m.
We’ve got another great reason why you should attend: kids 8 and younger can get in for free! For everyone else, tickets cost $8. You can buy yours online! Check the event page on the gardens website for details.
Please note that half-mile trail is paved, making it accessible for wheelchairs, strollers and kids’ wagons. Also, leashed dogs are allowed.
